Yaya olarak trafik kültürünü yaşayıp uygulamamız gerekir. Karşıdan karşıya geçeceğimiz yerler, alt geçit-üst geçit-yaya geçidi-köşe başları-ışıklar ve görevlilerin bulundukları yerleri kullanmamız gerekir. Yaya olarak yaya geçitlerine her iki yönden 100 mt. ileri ve gerisini kullanırsak eğer bir kazaya maruz kalırsak yaya 1. Derece kusurlu olarak kabul edilir. md.2918 sayılı karayolları trafik kanununun
68/1-b açıklama: Yüz metreye kadar mesafede yaya geçidi veya kavşak bulunduğu halde yayaların karşı tarafa geçmek için taşıt yolunun yaya ve okul geçidi veya kavşak giriş ve çıkışları dışında herhangi bir yerini kullanmaları.
Kimlerde uygulanır: Yayalara. Trafik Ceza Miktarı: 690 TL %25 indirimli 517.50 TL

1- We need to live and practice traffic culture as pedestrians. We need to use the places where we will cross the street, underpasses, overpasses, crosswalks, corners, lights and officials. As a pedestrian, if we use 100 meters forward and backward from both directions to pedestrian crossings, if we are exposed to an accident, the pedestrian is considered to be 1st degree defective. art.2918 numbered highways traffic law
